Richard Hudson:

Rich has over 30 years industrial experience, the last 15 years of which have been spent in key hands-on waste management and recycling industry positions. Specialising in plastic materials, his expertise includes manufacturing, R&D, legislation, and the implementation of robust fit for purpose quality / environmental / risk management systems. He has a detailed understanding of the collection, sorting, and reprocessing infrastructure for wastes, together with experience of the end markets for secondary raw materials. Experienced in applying for, and the on-going compliance of, Environment Agency licences, permits, and accreditations together with the necessary planning consents for waste management and recycling sites. He has also developed and implemented Corporate & Social Responsibility (CSR) policies and ensured their conformity through auditing and assessment of overseas facilities.

Steve Farncombe:

Steve has over 15 years’ experience in the recycling and waste management industry. His background is in developing and managing businesses concerned with the supply of secondary raw materials for recycling. He has considerable experience of managing the entire recycling supply chain including collection, procurement, sales, quality control, logistics, customer service and compliance. With extensive international travel, he has developed a detailed understanding of the global marketplace for secondary raw materials and established long term relationships with suppliers, shipping partners, governmental bodies and end users throughout the world. Having worked for some of the sectors most successful companies he has also developed significant experience in business strategy/planning, organisational development and performance management.
